Is anybody using WordAI 4 for tier 1 articles? is it reliable? or only for 2/3 tier?

Yes, WordAI is very good in the turing option for Tier 1

I used it for a while and it was a bit hit and miss TBH. Some of the articles I could use, but other ones I had to do a lot of editing to get them readable.

Yes it is best option for T1 if you can't afford manually written articles... I even used WordAI on some money sites too.

I would never use it on t1 but for sure on lower tiers.

WordAi is a good one for lower tiers. But, for the money site you can get unique readable content from the marketplace at a cost starts from $2.

I prefer hand written content for Money Site, WordAI is good for lower tiers.

If you work on churn and burn then sure why not?
For a long term project however I would automate through software as few parts of the process as I could.
Even though you could create unique articles through WordAI many of them will still need input on your part proofreading and making them readable.

I've heard that WordAI is a good tool if you need lower quality content or articles.

Wordai for tier 1 should be good enough if you can proof-read the spinned articles before using them.

Spin rewriter exactly work as word ai. I like word ai but their quota was not affordable.

IMO, it's best to have manually written content. You can use it for tier 2 instead.
