I prefer to use "Table Rate Shipping for WooCommerce" it includes all the options needed to create whatever shipping prices you are looking for. Hope this will help if you need the plugin I can send it for you if you need it for free to support this community

Just post it in the members download section for anyone else who needs it.
Remember to only use approved download sites and publish the virus total

Thanks, I uploaded and before creating the thread I found that they mention in the header to upload only what I can share and this is premium plugin do you recommend me to go and share it there please let me know

It's ready to upload just need to be sure if it's allowed to upload a plugin within the downloads section that doesn't have permission to share it as its premium and don't want to break any rules. Please help with advice if its allowed

If it's not on the do not share list it's OK. Just remember to use approved download sites and publish the virus total
