Withdrawing from PayPal with Metrobank VBA

Hi
I'm trying to connect my Metrobank VBA to my PayPal account to withdraw my money after the 180 days.
I know that I cant withdraw the money to the Metrobank account but I do that only to let PayPal send me the check with my PayPal funds.

Anyway, I keep getting this message from PayPal after I put the VBA details:
"Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later."

What can I do now?

You could try payonner or a real US bank account to withdraw.
