Hello , i have paypal account and i'm trying to withdraw 96$ from it .. i called their support 3 times , tried many different ways .. send money to friend , request from my friend to me , i asked my friend to send invoice to me but that did not worked either .. every goddamn way i get that error "you cant send payment right now" .. so is there any other way to withdraw my funds from paypal ? there is bank option left but i dont have bank account , i heard about VBA services around here but i dont know how they work , is it available to receive funds with VBA and send them afterwards ? i'll be glad if someone helps me .. thanks .

Maybe (if you are willing to pay) have somebody else place something on ebay and buy it from them. Then they can withdraw. Or buy something you or somebody needs with paypal and have them give you the money.

Friend, I have a question? the error is you there just out? or tried to buy somethingwith that money?

maybe your account was not validated! lol just saying!

the money is already in my paypal account , its not pending or something else .. account does not have any problem (no limit , etc.) solid clean account .. when i tried to send funds to my friend it said "you cant send your payment right know" i got same error when i tried : request money , invoice options . i contacted paypals support like 10-15 times and still didn't get solved :D they say that the system does not allow this payment to go through .. they told me to try change browser , clean cache and cookies , change funding source , send less money for first time , i tried everything and still get the same problem :D thanks for tagging Secondeye but i dont want to pay fortune for fix this :D i know this problem is temporary and it will be fixed maybe in weeks but its about time for me and my friend , he's so exhausted

This kind of thing happens when paypal is examining you account for suspicious activity, it has happened to me several times

yeah it happened to me also, i don't know what your situation is but they put a hold on my funds for not having enough sales record.

If you just go to the withdraw money option there should be options for you. The problem is that most will require a bank account. You can ask for a check for instance but I don't know how you'd cash it without a bank. The easiest way for sure is to just go get a bank account and set yourself up in a position that you can easily withdraw funds right to your bank account. If your credit is okay then you may be able to get a PayPal debit card as well. I love PayPal's debit card personally and I use it literally all the time. I mean seriously, all the time. It's one of the best credit cards and you can get cash back just for swiping your card as credit. So every month I get $5-$10 back just from using it. Very cool, especially since there's no APR rate at all since technically it's a debit card. In fact I don't know how they are able to pay me like that... Coolio!
