Will This System Work For My Blog?

So I'm using blogger to run my weekly blog (post each Wednesday) and I haven't really gotten heavily into SEO for it. I like to have a plan of attack before I dive into things like SEO, makes it harder to screw up later. So for the purposes of this question let's assume that my on-site optimization is decent (maybe on a scale of 1 to 10 it's either a 5 or 6).

So I'm trying to create a backlink pyramid for this and want to know if I have the tools and services in the right places:

My Blog: No outbound links except where necessary (it's in the YouTube niche so it has to link to the videos)
Tier 1 Backlinks:
-Manual Commentluv Links (no PR below 3)
-Directory Submission (no PR below 4)
-A couple websites I've created with free website builders (and will rank separately) built for specific keywords
-Other High PR Do-Follow Blogs (no PR below 4)
-YouTube
Tier 2 Backlinks:
-Social Monkee Submissions
-LinkCollider Article Submission (supposedly a PR 4 backlink)
-NHSEO and ProxyMultiply (used in unison, I'm using the trial so I don't know how well it will work)
-Other Blogger Blogs
-Forums
Tier 3 Backlinks:
-NHSEO as well but with the PR limit turned to 0
-Very Low End or Recipricol Link Directories

For the social footprint I'm hoping to make use of LinkCollider, and a few other online services (along with a small twitter network I've created and nurtured myself).

Any other tools, websites, etc. I should add to the mix? Anything I should probably consider changing around?

That sounds like a really good system. The only thing I'd add in is guest posting. All the links you have so far are links that Google know can be self-created. You want links that Google doesn't perceive as self-generated links. That way your site doesn't get potentially sandboxed.

Oh not a bad idea, though kind of hard considering my blog niche will find a way anyway!

Decided to fit Article Marketing Robot into the equation, make a few dozen spam e-mail accounts to diversify the profiles and spin the content as perfectly as I can. Might fit that into tier 3 or tier 2. Probably tier 2.
