Will google ban me for this trick?

Honestly... you cannot trick a billion dollar company. We think we are smart, but they hire smarter people than us and pay them loads of money each month to keep tricksters at bay and to protect their system. You might trick the system for a short while, but eventually you'll be banned before getting paid.
 
Googles much better than this...they look at how much ad is displayed on screen the less there is the more likely the ad is covered or transparent. They also "i believe" look at standard coded on your page eg opaque, transparency etc.
 
So SEO is the only way to make money with adsense?
