Will getting banned on one account affect anything

I really wanted to keep everything on my main phone but I guess I will have to switch. I really didn’t want to use proxy’s I was trying to keep it clean. What should I do? I don’t want my regular IG account to get banned.

Trying to get a new account, warm it up as usual. If you still can get a new account, then it's good. But if you cant create a new one or it's banned right after you created, then you should change device and IP address

I think it depends on the reason of your ban. There are more serious reasons that could affect your secondary accounts too.

Not with one or two time ban. But if the same device is used for spam multiple times, future accounts might get terminated on creation.
Yeah, basically resetting the whole phone.

Meta links them via device and fingerprinting. To protect your main account, use a different device, new IP or proxy, clear app data, or employ anti-detect/browser isolation before setting up another account
