Will Ebay Link Me, [Ask!!!]

Im only interested in using ebay to make purchases.I make a good living and like to hide my money via gold. So I buy lots of gold. My legit ebay account was banned because according to ebay im an abusive buyer because a few times I bidded on won an auction for gold and the seller tried to pull a fast one and overcharge me alot on shipping. I left negative feedback multiple times this has happened.

So will i have issues if I use the same info name, address for my shipping address? I will be using different debit cards.

My question is can i use the same info on a ebay account associated with a suspended one?

you know that FedEx, UPS, and the post office doesn't insure gold bullion, so it costs more to ship, right?

They were charging me $300.00 to ship 2 gold coins. Ive bought gold a bunch they never charge that much.

If the shipping fees were listed in the listing (and I'll bet they were), you either accept that as the part of the price pay or don't bid.

So it was listed at $900 + $50 shipping and somehow you were charged $1200, AND YOU PAID IT? There's something there that not being said here.

I really hate people like you that leave negative feedback or try blackmail without negotiation. Definitely your leaving information out, a seller would never jeopardize his reputation like that.

It depends what type of suspension you have.

There aer 2 cases going on dude. One case is I got fake gold and the other case is the dude overcharged me. I didnt paypal the invoice for the transaction that was overcharged but he opened a case for a unpaid item and wants the order canceled. I told him i dont want to cancel it bceause its going to hurt my account.

Mutually agreed cancel do not hurt your account. Seems like the seller is right to file an unpaid claim case against you if you don't agree to cancel.

No because he needs to learn his lesson, i wanna get his account suspended. He shouldnt be allowed to do that and get away with it.

How are you going to pus in the listing that it cost $50.00 for shipping then try to pull a fast one and hope they werent paying attention and charge them $300.00 on theshipping.

He was probably breaking even on the listing and wanted to profit and thats why he tried charging me that much.

You make it seem like its my fault. Money doesnt grow on trees for me, maybe you dont mind paying 600% of the original shipping, but I sure do.

Dude, it IS your fault, for at least being ignorant of eBay rules. You know that you can report the seller for the attempted upcharge for shipping AFTER you cancel the transaction, right? And if money doesn't grow on trees for you, why not just return the other coin instead of filing forged documents?

i cannot jus ship back the coins or i would of done so already, i have to wait for paypal or ebay to favor me in the case then i can ship it back so paypal can confirm the seller received the item back and give me the refund

STOP LYING DUDE...You don't have to wait until paypal or eBay decides in your favor for you to get a refund. As I stated before eBay will make ALL SNAD claims refund upon receipt of return. You're only having to wait to get a refund because you're trying to keep the coins and get the refund on top of it. This is why they banned your account.

yes becausee keeping fake worthless coins is my objective. Ebay told me to deal with paypal since i checked out as guest.

thats what i did and so paypal is requesting documents
