Will BING traffic convert for IG services site?

Hi,

I am running a local webshop where I resell IG services (likes, followers etc) that I buy from a smm-panel.
I promote it with Adwords which works reasonably but it's somewhat competitive in my country so my profit is low due to high CPC cost in Adwords.

Has anyone run BING ads on such services? I know Bing is a bit cheaper. If it converts I can cut promotion costs there and actually earn better. Any experiences?

Don't even try you will get banned sooner or later. Your niche is not allowed on those platforms.

Thousands use cloakers for this kind of application, no problems.

Does BING see traffic from your country? Because there are some countries that don't even visit bing (Google basically owns search traffic in those countries).

It's targeted traffic from search engine, it should convert pretty well, I use bing for other services and it converts like google ads

Actually I have been running this AD on Adwords for 4 months non-stop sofar without any cloaker.. Google does not care about FB. They let FB take care of their own problems by filing law and copyright claims to the registrars who host those sites.
