Why my website homepage only indexing

Yes build internal links from your blog posts back to the category back and the Home page, but to lift up your seo (as the big guys doing it) , create a content hub on the Home page or on a separate page then link from them to your categories ! Study it therer are variations of content hub types.

One example is bloomberg(com)/europe that's a massive content hub - this is why these big sites ranking with multiple listings in
the serps !

Your other pages might not be indexed yet due to the newness of your site; make sure your sitemap is submitted to GSC and check for internal linking.
