Why my seo link building threads rejected at my first post

I am new to blackhatworld and I purchased spending 499$ to market place seller membership
Then I researched people’s threads on market place
Then I create my sale threads maintain all rules now after 5 days i got notification it’s rejected!!!!
The BST has now been archived and you can no longer post in the thread.
You may immediately resubmit your thread to be reviewed again, as long as it was not rejected on the basis that:
Your Marketplace thread has been denied for the following reason: You cannot say Best prices as that is nothing that can be proven and you cannot say White hat as these are paid links and paid links are not white hat. ( So if I change my title and deliver times then what?

1. You delivered your service and failed the review.
2. Your service is not permitted to be sold on BHw

Now my question is 1 delivered time 5-10 days
And 2nd seo link building
Then answer me anyone how other people same service and same delivery times sales on market place ?? And White hat mean i am trying to understand people those link not made by any bot software. Making by myself

And why my post rejected those reasons which hasn’t broken any bhw rules

You had best pricing and white hat in the copy. If either was in the title that needs to be changed also.
