I already bought dedicated proxy from blazingseollc, But it still does not work. Now I really don't know why.

Which authentication type are you using? I'm asking because i used their service before without any issues. You can choose between ip auth and user : password auth. Obviously if you go with the former, you need to authenticate your ip using their control panel before you can use the proxies.

Well the question is, do you know how to use the proxy? I think you're doing something wrong and also you're not answering the technical questions people are asking you in this thread.
