Why most of adult affiliate program does not support Paypal payment method?

I was searching for adult affiliate program that supports Paypal but only found one. On the most of the sites main payment method is Payoneer.
May I can ask,why most of adult affiliate program does not support Paypal payment method?

Sorry thats not an affiliate network.

Maybe Paypal is strict on the adult industry. You'd be surprised at the stances they take on for example ecigs.

Paypal does not allow anything related to adult that's why .

i think its just paypal being paypal with their rules. I use paxum with most adult networks and it does the job
