Why is ZennoPoster better than uBot?

4.1 is a ways off (dec) but it is something that has been requested for over a year.

3.5 is extremely stable but a lot slower and somethings just don't work well.

Well, I'm thinking of getting a refund until 4.0 gets stable and e-mail verification gets added...

right now, without e-mail verification, not much of what I want to do can be done with ubot...

I'm looking for a good programmer that could use either to create a bot for me that could either create YouTube accts or use YouTube accts that I manually make myslef and auto log in with them to view and like a video. So if anyone one is capable on here or know of anyone capable feel free to let me know as I have cash in hand and ready to spend. I know it won't be cheap but I'm also looking to not get ripped off so let's not be rediculous on the quote cause I will def become a return customer. Also anyone in here from Dallas/ft. worth Texas???

The biggest problem right now with Ubot 4, is actually running it on client machines, good luck. It is so unstable in compiled form, it would be a technical support nightmare to sell a compiled bot w/ v4.

really? but 3.5 is fine?

3.5 is pretty stable, most people are sticking with it as v4 is unreliable. v4 has a lot of great stuff and is a huge step in the right direction (although with some important things left out like email verification) but until it is stable most Ubot developers for hire won't even touch v4 because there is so much extra frustration to make sure everything works, and it still changes build to build. Bugs get fixed, and more get added, so old bots written in v4 that work break constantly. Just look through their forums, but they do censor threads comparing Zenno or say anything bad about Ubot.

well, the lack of e-mail verification shocks me....

Just wanted to update this thread as I have seen some things from the Ubot team as of late that totally shocked me.

At this point I would advise against purchasing the software. I really thought that some of the things people were saying against Ubot here were senseless and unmerited until I experienced them for myself.

Yesterday I stopped by the forums and saw a thread full of complaints by long time users and figured I would post my thoughts there, no sooner than I clicked the submit post button what do ya know? My post was deleted. I headed back an hour or so later and saw a few more negative posts about Ubot.

Then I wake up this morning and to my surprise, the entire thread is nuked! I would waste my time posting all of the problems I have with the software here but I got better things to do. Even with all of the problems I had with the software the one thing Ubot "HAD" going for it was the community, to bad because the admins and staff have turned that to shit as well.

Don't waste your time or your money, better of getting something else at this point. Just my 2 pennies on it..

They nuke threads a lot, if you mention Zenno Poster, or say anything bad about Ubot. You can expect the posts to get nuked in 1-2 hours tops.

Gary - none of the staff knows what you're talking about, so whoever deleted the thread wasn't support. But we do have other admins. It's a very large forum. I'm checking on who it was now.

We take all the posts seriously.

Here's what I know is true:

BlackSEOWizard: We delete spam. The posts related to ZP that have been deleted were shilling for it.

That's pretty standard.

When the community steps up and solves problems, it's useful. When it makes note of problems and asks us to solve them, that's really useful.

We have a support team to help you with any issues that are specific. They are available via the support ticket system and are experts. I'd recommend using that system to get immediate help.

Please keep up the careful work of helping us make the software better and more useful to you.

Sorry, but it's up to the staff to keep your Admins in check. So the excuse is hardly plausible IMO.

I don't know what the thread was titled but I know it had to do with users being pissed about having to pay to basically beta test Ubot 4. I can tell you this, the Admin "Botbuddy" who deleted not only my post but the entire thread is far from professional in the way he interacts with customers and fellow forum members.

It's up to you guys to keep up with your forum admins and how they treat your customers or else there's going to be a bunch of pissed of people. Sad thing is that it's not just me but many other long time ubot users who had made comments on the thread, none of which I felt were negative but rather constructive to the growth of the software.

In any case, I am done with the software. Seems like there's an excuse for everything, when it comes to bugs I can deal with it, but when it comes to being treated unfairly and being downright disrespected by staff I refuse..

[Edit] Here is a cached copy of the thread for anyone interested. http://webcache.googleusercontent.c...-fair/+paying+ubot+4&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us

As you can see it was deleted, but not before most of the so called "negative" posts made by members were deleted. Theres a whole other page full of post with the thread actually. Mines was deleted before it even got posted Lol!

I know from experience, as I have had my posts deleted as well have seen other posts deleted.

Some may have been shills for Zenno Poster, but the majority of the ones I saw were ones that have expressed frustration with Ubot, or have mentioned something with the word Zenno in the post but not promoting it or saying it was better. One of your admins has a fit whenever Zenno is mentioned at all as he doesn't want that in the search engines.

You delete a lot more than spam, you and I know this but feel free to continue making up a story for the rest.

Hahah, that's an old thread too, funny they going around now to delete it. Of course, nothing to do with Zenno Poster or "spam", just users expressing how they feel. I am surprised they didn't nuke that thread earlier. I too had some copies of the threads nuked, so Jason can say whatever he likes to save face, but as I said before, he is just blowing smoke up your ass.

A few of them users are long time loyal ubot users as well, not someone who would say something negative just to get a rise out of someone.

To be honest though, I don't even care, I just wish they would get their act together. I like what I can do with the software, I just don't like the bugs, missing features, and the lack of care for their customers.

There are not a lot of options out there for this type of tool.

That's the thing that bothers me, me, praney, adamroy, Net66, and many others have been long time Ubot users (over 18 months for me) and contributed a lot to the forum and have always been a big part of the community. So for them to delete a thread the first time that anyone has something negative (but true) to say about the software and the company is completely ridiculous.

I wish you could see the outright disrespectful post made by one of the admins towards the customers basically telling them to keep their comments to themselves before it was deleted.

I can't speak for anyone else in the community (though I feel sorry for them) but I am not about to let them screw me any longer.

Their lucky I'm not really pissed because their SEO is shitty at best and I would rank for every keyword related to ubot with a horrible review site if I was and cost them quite a bit of money. But that's neither here not there..:D

I am familiar with UbotBuddy, and I'm guessing it was him? He is on a mission against Zenno, he has an attitude, and is a bit whiny.

Yea, well he seems like he's pretty old to me, and on a power trip. They made him a forum Admin and now he's running around nuking post, defending ubot with his life (as if he even gets paid) and starting issshh with long time customers. In the end he's gonna cost Ubot a lot of money.

Sad thing is at one time they had a great mod team over there, crazyflx, aclr, etc. Those guys obviously grew tired of the Ubot bs so now they've got a bunch of dicks running their forum.

Because of the issues you've mentioned, we've removed Buddy's mod ability.

Charging a subscription for software that is in continuous development is standard practice.

Also, that subscription? It's $4.99 a month for those users. That doesn't even begin to cover the cost of a development team that is constantly improving a software program.

Hardly seems unfair to me. Most could spend the hour or so that they are writing posts complaining about that cost creating a bot that they could sell for more than that.

Weird how people spend their time.
