Why is ZennoPoster better than uBot?

I just got ubot proffesional. Now I got both ubot and zenno. Ubot 4 is missing basic functionality such as support for javascript popups.

luminus: does ubot 4 support to click "OK" on javascript popups?

If not, I will ask for a refund, as it's essential for me.

It is currently disabled, they are adding it, but not sure when it will get in.

lol...how can something as basic as that be missing?

I will give a review in this thread soon, just gonna play around with ubot a little bit more. So far, Zennoposter seems much easier to use and 100 times better lol...
 
I believe that this is the top priority at the moment - it's being corrected because it was broken by an update. I will post an update tomorrow with an ETA! Truly sorry that it may be disabled as you say at the moment.

@luminus Are you guys looking at replacing Regex with a proper parser at some point?
 
To confirm for everyone - new windows which appear are not a problem. Javascript confirmation dialogs are. But as a quickfix, the next update will automatically select OK or Yes in the Javascript confirmation dialogs/alerts. A later version will have this problem solved so that you can make your selection.

When will this be out? Do you have a ETA?
 
hmm, uBot actually has awesome support. They very quickly responded that they will fix it within 48 hours...

That's awesome..
 
lol I just played around with ubot a little bit more and I'm starting to like it a lot, maybe even more than zennoposter. The ability to compile .exe is just amazing, and it's logical the way bots are created. Sure there are some bugs, and the software is not as solid as zennoposter with a little bit less functions...

But it's still an amazing software..
 
Hey Luminus, it seems that ubot don't have a way to verify e-mails...I mean to download all e-mails from a pop server and parse the verification links. If not, then that's a VERY important feature that is missing that Zennoposter has.

If I'm correct, if ubot is currently missing this feature, are there any plans do add this?

It has been asked for for a long time and yet to be added. I mean how can Ubot be "the only tool you need" if it can't even verify email? On top of that, sending email you can't change port or use SSL so you can't use services like GMail.

lol this is ridiculous. Ubot is missing basic functionality lol....

Zennoposter is 100x more advanced in that case...

Such a shame that zenno team don't want to allow compile .exe, if so, Zennoposter would be the only tool I would ever use....

It isn't just that either, but right now the bugs are ridiculous. You can't code 5 lines without running into bugs.

well I actually haven't run into many bugs...

is 3.5 more stable?

4.1 is a ways off (dec) but it is something that has been requested for over a year.

3.5 is extremely stable but a lot slower and somethings just don't work well.
