Why is Etsy always on first page on Google?

Hey guys, so while I was researching some keywords for my own jewelry shop I came across a this incredible SEO that Etsy is doing on Google. I am not talking about the SEO on their site. For instance when you type in sweet jewelry, retro jewelry, and so on in Google, Etsy is always on the top search. It is not an ad, it is clearly Etsys SEO Rank on Google. Check out the pictures. Whatever you type in, It just ads the keyword you typed in google into the prewritten Meta sentence. When you click on the link the keyword you typed in Google automatically shown on Etsys search bar. Does anyone know HOW Etsy is doing this?? the sentences are in german so dont get confused. THe sentences are always the same. English or german doesnt matter.

Google sees Etsy has relevancy as a platform. The words in a listing title are used also for all the listing photo metadata and headers. So it is showing google over and over that this page is for this thing that people are searching for. Its a bit more complex than that but that's it in simple form

I'm considering this platform as an alternative for Amazon.
