I do many different budgets but not less than 200. Depends on niches u can spend even 1k per day.

On fresh accounts with no history? I do only white hat niches but on fresh accounts if I spend more than 100 usd daily I get banned everytime... "suspicious payments"

Test, test and test. U will figure it out. Some countries + methods allow 900+ budgets. Dont make things always same way. Make xx accs per day and u will figure it out. Dont be afraid.
 
I also usually circumvent your thread but you do not complain, why is that?

Any guide to safe AdWords cc creation ? It’s not ok if I use same IP and same PC to create all acccs ?

Same pc and ip have no problems. But i prefer multilogin cause it saves time.
 
The biggest problem u guys have is u always do things same way. Dont do same way. Think and test. Make xx accs per day and u will figure out!

Its hard to make xx accs every day since every new account need payment option, and there is a limit to how many working CC you can get. Or do you have any idea on how to start more accounts? i am ready to try
