If i creted campaign threw google sites mean
sites.google.com

it goes to circumventing but every day i see many ads are running on same process.

why?

I have creted website threw sites.google.com and i used to cretaed those websites on adwords before of 9-10 months before those websites were working fine on that time but now days whenever i created those websites and when i created any adword account it goes to circumventing at the same time . but i see every day many sites.google.com websites are runing on adwords . so i want to know that why is it happening ?

I guess by circumventing you mean your ad account gets shut down/banned?

Not sure why its happening, might be your IP.

If 1 account gets shut down under your IP, then if you create new accounts under the same IP then it will also get shut down.

Try buying IP and using wordpress.com or blogger.com to create sites. There are many web 2.0 sites like sites.google.com that you can create free websites on.
 
It has nothing to do with IP or hosting. It's because of the content on your website which is causing circumventing
 
No ip will cause u circumventing. U can use same ip for multiple accs. Check your adcopy and keywords. I dont know if u try to run legit ads or not. But sometimes even content triggers circumventing. But most probably its your adcopy or keywords fault.
 
Circumventing systems violation happens even if there is a slight "out of sync" between your website / niche, campaign keywords & ad text. Make sure your ad text, keywords and website are very very closely "in sync" with eachother. Simple.

Actually not. It usally happens when there are bad words on adcopies or really bad words in keywords.
 
Your website have same content or link. I have same problem here. 5 accounts is suspend

Both wrong. I use same domains and websites every day. I have no unique websites cause i even scrape websites from beginning. Fingerprint means nothing. Use 100% exact same and u still wont get circumventing.

My situation:
I have 6 months old adwords account with campaign. I stopped campaign and started very similar campaig (95% match adds, new domain, new server) on different account(different billing data, company etc).
After few days my account suspended for "Circumventing systems" but my 1st account working fine.

Do you think that 2nd account was flagged/banned as spam account which copied content from different advertiser?

I have same problem here 95% match adds, new domain, new server and keyword. Maybe that the reason

what kind of business do you promote? White hat, black hat? cloacking or normal 100% white hat website?

When your cloaker fails u get destination mismatch on adcopy and not circumventing. But adw is easy to cloak. Even u can do it with basic setup. For example use high budget, burn in single day and just redirect.
