Why can't I use live video for advertising?

Maybe your account has advertising restrictions so you can't advertise live, you should buy a pre-activated account that doesn't have any restrictions

I'm not talking about the threshold. The account is still active and ads are running normally, but when it comes to direct ads, it doesn't work.

My account is not restricted, and there are no policy violations.
 
Maybe your account is not supported for live video for some reason, you can chat with Facebook support and review the settings.
 
u should double check your account settings. Your account might not have that feature enabled. Or it could be that your ad account is restricted.

Is there any way to turn it on? My account has no advertising restrictions.
 
Normally, to advertise a live session, your page must have the feature to run live session ads. Does your page have that feature?
 
You must reach 5000 followers and 6000 watch hours to activate this condition.
 
Is your account limited? maybe your site doesn't have that feature yet, you can buy a site that can advertise directly

Try checking to see if your site has a live streaming feature. If you don't have this feature or it's disabled, you need to turn it on or replace it with sites that have this feature.

Maybe my account doesn't have this feature. I've tried changing the Proxy, IP... all to no avail lol.

I've switched to a new ad account. I abandoned the old one.
 
Your site doesn't have that feature yet, you can buy a site that can advertise directly. there are quite a few accounts that don't have that feature. depends on the account.
 
Check your targeting settings to make sure your ads are reaching the right audience. Your page doesn't have that feature yet.
