don't have a verification badge and I haven't violated any policies. They haven't asked me to verify my identity, maybe this account doesn't have that feature.

Yes, that's absolutely correct. I still livestream every week and only have the issue of not being able to go live on ad videos.

You can check through account quality to check if your page and social profile are banned

If your account threshold is too low, you won't be able to spend.
The second case is that the account will be scanned by Facebook and cannot create direct ads.
