If you are a personal page, not all pages can advertise directly. If you want to run ads directly on your page, you must enable advertising. If you cannot do it yourself, find a professional to help you.

If your account can't run live ads, it's likely that Facebook has scanned you so you should change to another account to run it or because your page doesn't have the live ads feature, you can find someone to enable the live ads feature on your page.

if not, go find pages that have live streaming feature
because not all pages can live stream

Facebook requires fan pages to have a blue tick or have enabled live streaming ads to be able to broadcast live ads. If your page does not respond to this, you need to verify or enable the corresponding feature
