Why call centers?

Hi everyone
I have been approached to go into partnership with someone who owns a call centre. He has a crazy number when it comes to customer database, therefore I understand the infinite reach I would have with it. I would like to know your opinion about call centers and it's potential. Thanks xxx

massive money , but ant it all classed as harassement know....(( uk laws))

your be calling landline or mobile ?

it was profitable years back

i suppose it based of 10%

1 in 10 will talk ....

in uk the bank claims or car claims killed it , we just hang up these days , most people set phone to freinds only the rest get ignored .

every call if not family or friends usally fraud so many ignore all calls unless family and friends being honest...

cold calling , hard game.

It still works in my country. My friend have business with electricity/gas and has a call center and generates big profits for several years...

i myself run a call center but the fact is same what everybody mentioned above. it's not lucrative anymore it is used to few years back but now even i am looking for digital marketing service which can help me in sales.

There's a reason call centers last long term.. It's because their staff are well trained and experts in their field. It would be worth the investment if you do your due diligence...

Do your research. More than 90% of call centers right now are scammers and doing monkey business.
