WHY Buy Facebook Ads Accounts? [HELP APPRECIATED]

Hi BHW members,
I am helping a not-for-profit charity organisation and wondering why people buy facebook ads accounts and if there are Black Hat methods which help with the effectiveness of Facebook Ads?

The charity organisation are running events from city to city and Facebook Ads is the most effective medium for our advertising to get people to the events. We have just started running new ads in a city and they are not running. Whilst it's likely due to the bid amount, I'd like to learn about any ways to make it more effective.

All advice to help the charity organisation is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

People buy facebook ads BECAUSE they are using blackhat methods, these methods ban your account, and therefore you need more. but no nothing specail about them
 
Okay, that makes sense. So people buy a facebook ad account to do some blackhat tricks with them, with the expectation that the account may die soon or at some point in time?
Would these methods be advantageous for getting event bookings (conversions/sales) or are they more for branding/views/clicks?
Do you know of any resources for information on these blackhat methods for facebook ads? I know for some topics people write great ones which explain the processes in depth. If there are any like these for Facebook ads I'd appreciate any links, but I'll search myself too. Thanks

That makes sense. The organisation I'm with are already using Facebook ads because they are effective for getting event bookings. But the reason I am asking on here is I am wondering whether there are black hat methods to help with Facebook ads and if anybody might be willing to direct me to somewhere for this? It is to help a not-for-profit charity organisation and not for my own greed, so I'm not simply trying to steal other's knowledge for my own gain, if that makes any difference :)
 
Facebook ads is your best source of audiences.. They are very targeted, hence, more advertisers are flocking their way into FB. If you are into legit ads, then you are safe.
 
They are promoting banned niches. So, they use Blackhat techniques to get their ads approved.

You aren't running something like that, so you don't need that.
 
People buy acc becouse they won't use their real accounts. They want to separated between private and business puposed
