Why AWS become so slow and then backs to normal?

This is the own AWS free tier server, not bought from anywhere. Using it to browse just social platforms and not anything else. Within mins it would start lagging very hard like mouse cursor teleporting. Then when I stop and reboot it becomes normal for some time and then the same issue again. No one is using the AWS except me.

What could be the issue and how to fix it?

also have free tier on AWS. I assume that`s better to contact them directly, so they could investigate the issue, there could be too much variables

Happens to me too, I only use it for essential work.

free tier and paid

Free tier is the lowest priority, if a paid customer wants to do something they'll always get priority of any resources. That and the free tier has very little compute resources, a $150 laptop from Walmart would have more power than free tier AWS. Also not sure why you'd think "No one is using the AWS except me." as that's not even remotely true. There's many millions, if not billions, of other people using AWS. Amazon did not build a global network of servers for just you to use for free.

AWS works on a budget system.

The instance has a budget. When you spend that budget up, it begins to throttle cpu.

Bro even after full reset, stopping and restarting, and just browsing some sites, it starts happening. I did not even install more than 1 browser so how can it lag?

IIRC there's a way to see your cpu and other status in AWS. Check for your quota and throttling info.
