Why Are Some Sites Growing So Fast Right Now?

Hi guys,

I keep seeing newer websites gaining traffic surprisingly quickly even in competitive niches. Meanwhile other sites with good content seem to move very slowly.

What do you think is helping some sites grow much faster than others these days?

I just did that test this weekend. I made a carfax competitor. Had AI make me hundreds of thousands of unique blog posts using free public APIs eg car recall data, fuel usage per model etc.
obv telling AI to make u that huge amount is kinda risky if u don’t know what ur doing since it’s easy to get flagged. But if the content and pages are valuable and unique (eg thanks to public free gov APIs, it’s good)
 
Most rapid growth nowadays is generated by topical clusters + internal linking, rather than simply by having “good articles” themselves. Those who succeed do so by targeting their specific niche very hard, rather than scattering around
Moreover, some receive an initial push through social traffic, expired domain acquisition, or rapid indexing, rather than only SEO
 
I would pay less attention to how old the site is and more attention to how well it matches what people are looking for. Some newer sites are very specific, post regularly, and write about topics that aren't covered enough elsewhere, even though they are in competitive niches.
 
Many "rapid growth websites don’t start from scratch they frequently have good backlinks, expired domains, or social media traffic giving them their initial push
Google also favors well-focused topic-specific websites along with rapid internal linking over quality content on miscellaneous topics.
 
A lot of fast growing sites seem to be winning on topic focus rather than volume. They build content around a specific niche, cover it deeply and create strong internal links between related pages. In many cases that works better than publishing lots of content across unrelated topics.
 
In my experience it's usually not just the content but some newer sites have a very clear content strategy, strong internal linking, and publish consistently from day one.
 
Can you share some examples? What industry that sites are in? If its grey or dark - there is a lot of possibilities to rank fast, but who knows for how long :D
 
A lot of fast growing sites are doing more than just publishing content strong topical coverage good internal linking and consistent promotion seem to make a big difference

there is a logic behind the highly growing website either they are authoritative by default domain, link and social signals or they get very niche. and solid internal linkig just show everything to google.
 
in many cases it's not just the content sites that gain traction quickly often have better promotion stronger backlinks and a clear content strategy from the start

fast growing website generally tend to have a niche focus and act as subject authoritie. such website adopt targeted internal linking strategie and get a boost initially from expired domain trafic or social media traffic.
 
Good content alone isn't always enough anymore sites that grow quickly often combine solid content with strong internal linking smart keyword targeting and active promotion
 
In my opinion it comes down to a combination of content quality topical authority and distribution. Some newer sites grow quickly because they focus on a specific niche publish content that matches search intent and promote it effectively through social media email or other channels

Many successful sites also move fast by targeting underserved topics and building authority around a single subject instead of covering everything at once Good content is important but visibility and strategy often make the biggest difference
 
I guess some of the new website grow faster because they have the stronger backlinks better keyword targetting.

Good content alone is not always enough and also SEO depends on many factors, including authority, user engagement and promotion. Patience and consistency usually win in the long run for those that can have patience.
 
It is interesting that many fast growing sites appear to excel at topical relevncy and distribution, in addition to having good content.
I have found that sites answering very specific search intent appear to gain momntum much more quickly than gneral content sites
 
Some newer sites grow fast because they publish content that matches what people are actually searching for, build authority through strong backlinks and brand mentions, and promote their content beyond Google. Good content alone isn't always enough anymore-trust, topical authority, and consistent promotion make a big difference.
 
In many cases growth comes from a combination of consistency and smart promotion Good content helps but getting it discovered is often what separates fast growing sites from the rest
 
Topical authority and user intent matching are 2 key factors helping sites quickly gain traction and reach more visitors within a short period. Focusing on a targeted niche improves our chances of ranking better than writing content for a broad niche to cover more keywords. Content depth is another key factor. The old school EAT strategies are evolving into GEO strategies.

I'm yet to see any new sites growing rapidly, it's not the norm. In situations where it happens especially in competitive niches, it's beyond just great content. Buying single links or bunch of 'guest posts' from general purpose sites are not going to cut it anymore. An elaborate marketing campaign is what many businesses are investing in.
