Why am I so obsessed with FILECOIN (FIL)?

In case if you don't know wtf is filecoin, let me explain with simple sentence. It is native token of IPFS. And IPFS (InterPlanetary File System) technology is battle tested decentralized cyberpunk shit that was launched in 2015. It is a protocol and peer-to-peer network for storing and sharing data in a distributed file system.

Notable uses of IPFS:

- OpenSea stores NFTs with IPFS and Filecoin.
- During the block of Wikipedia in Turkey, IPFS was used to create a clone of Wikipedia.
- Cloudflare runs a distributed web gateway to simplify, speed up, and secure access to IPFS.
- Opera for Android has default support for IPFS, allowing mobile users to browse ipfs:// links to access data on the IPFS network.
- Microsoft ION (Microsoft's self-sovereign identity system), builds on the IPFS through a Sidetree-based DID (decentralized identifier) network.
- Brave web browser uses IPFS to host its decentralized merchandise store.

Risks:

- It is one of the most dumped major altcoins (top 50) recently. However it might be an opportunity.
- Its supply increases everyday, but there aren't any pre-sale/pre-ICO investors left, since its ICO was 5 fucking years ago. It ain't a dildo toy of VCs like avax or solana.

All of these NFTs, Metaverse shit would be impossible without IPFS.
