Who Is Familiar With This Google Ambiguity?

Hi,
I noticed that for a keyword research in "exact match" google shows different results if you switch at the end of SERP results.

There is a big incoerence in this, so my doubt is about which result I have to consider, since the tool I use (Micro Niche Finder) show the result like google if you don't make the above procedure.

For a search term I researched Google shows over 52.000 results...but switching at the end of serps there are only 198 results

I'm very confused, please help me

not quite sure what you mean, but I thought this was because at the end of the serps google simply filters out results from the same site?
