Who has health problems?

Got a sister with ovarian tumor. We prayed and fasted seriously for 2weeks and the tumor just went away. God is great.

I am pretty lucky since i havent that much problems, and not every time, back pains and migrains comes and goes from time to time. I also suffer from kidney stones now and then which is not that fun but since its not every time i surrvive it

To many to list but I am grateful for what I have and not for I don't. You can't put a price tag on health but also you can't put a price tag on your state of mind as you control your day, mood and how you can deal with your health problem and look how fortunate you have it compared to others.

Someone must post url of good pharmacy shop... ;)
I think all have problem with health. Some of us just still don't know about this problems.

I have a major migraine problem in the form of head ache and I deal it with morning jog, exercise, meditation and lots of water. I have been sitting front of computer for 12 hrs daily so the problem is quite obvious. Another initiative which I have taken is to cut down the number of hours I spend front of computer. Earlier, I used to spend 16 hrs front of the computer, now it's 12 and I am trying to cut it down up to 10 which would be perfect.

Cheers :)

Did you ever make a migraine diary? You put in every detail of your day. Everything you ate, the times you ate, when you slept, what your activities were, etc. I found the migraine culprit this way. Turned out it was a certain egg I always bought that was injected with lutein.

I've got many problems, and minor one is tourette syndrome.
Quite hard to live with this shit.

get all your vitamins and minerals every day man...people underestimate the power of these things. We are supposed to get a certain amount of each every day and most people don't get anywhere near enough and that's going by the guidelines set by goverment that are all way too low.

Most likely you may want to avoid the deep fried foods because the oil isn't good for the body. and thats acually awesome that your body lets you know what is good and bad. could also be alergies.

sciatica sufferer here.

I was really bad a few years ago but then started paddling kayaks and surf ski's to build up my core strength. between that and Bowen therapy It's totally under control and hardly ever bothers me anymore. (even manged to turn the beginnings of a beer gut into something rersembling ab's!)

I had asthma back in the day...but on another for all you internet marketers, if you're going to be sitting in front of your computer for 8-10 hours a day, do yourself a favor and invest in a good chair. It'll save you from back problems down the road.
