We are launching a new website and need someone with:
1. Proven track record of getting sites into google/yahoo top 10.
2. Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency.
We will require proof that the work you claim is really yours or your company's.
We are very cheap but we do not hesitate to pay for good work. Otherwise we would do this (half-assed) ourselves but do not have the time.
