Hey BHW folks!
I hope everyone is healthy.

Let me start with mine. I’m currently doing the PUSH, PULL and LEGS split. So I can hit every muscle group twice a week.

Of course, I don’t go too heavy and keep my volume less because I need to hit the same muscle group twice a week.

I’ve experimented with basically all types of splits like the Bro split, upper lower, and full body. But I’m going to stick with PPL since it has adjusted for me and my lifestyle.

I’ve been hitting the gym for the past 5 years, and working out is necessary for me since my job is very sedentary, and I’ll be at my desk all day.

Also, I do walking every day, around 5-6k steps a day.

I would love to hear all your current workout splits.

Oh… that’s great! Even I’m planning to start calisthenics from this month.

Bro split.
The good old split that WORKS!

I do it completely differently by just incorporating a few bodyweight moves each day and just moving around. Drop down on your 4's and walk around the house for a fiver, you'll get crazy shoulder stability and Chest strength

Scientifically, you need 48 hours of rest for recovery. Prolonged rest periods may hinder the process, so the best approach is to split as upper and lower. I don’t recommend the bro split

Haha, crazy idea!

I follow a strict sit, type, fridge routine.
Great workout split ever.

Yes, you are right. I did Upper lower split for over 2yrs.

Go mountain biking / do yard work - 4:1 :P
Good idea.
