Kwfinder is really good, for keyword difficulty, nothing can beat manual check if you keywords got high searches.
 
Moz & ahrefs. I used to have semalt but they got a bit shady so we no longer used them.
 
+1 Ahrefs, has it all built in, and they're making it better at all times.
