Yeah, GSA is definitelly correct choice HOWEVER if you have a site or two meaby it would be better to just pucharse some links instead of buying software.
It depends on site of your size and competition of keywords, by GSA you can get bigger diversity but less and weaker links. Solid service could save you some time and boost your income so you will get money for tools.
