There is no perfect tool. You need to think outside the box an find your own way of finding expired domains.

ExpiredDomains.net, you can search the database for expired, deleted and marketplace domains pending expiration. Depending on your needs or expertise, this is a great place to start.

There are a few tools on the market for finding expired domains. Spamzilla.io has the most data per domain to seriously speed up the spam checking process ;)

There is a host of tools out there; it depends on your mastery of those tools and then do a comparative analysis.

    Take a look at:

    Code:
    https://www.registercompass.com/
    http://www.scrapebox.com/expired-domain-finder
    https://domainhuntergatherer.com/
    https://www.domcop.com/
    https://www.spamzilla.io/
    Hope that helps.

Domain hunter gatherer is a good one, I've used it with ahrefs and a custom script. Some people like to use scrapebox instead. Whatever tool you choose you'll most likely have to "pair it" with a backlink analyzer like ahrefs/majestic/MOZ/etc in order to filter the good domains.
