I want to start work with my new site. My target country is UK. I want to do it by social Media. But I don't know which one is better for UK. Dear expert please help me. TIA

The major social media sites--Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, Twitter, etc.--should all work fine for the UK. Really, the biggest social media sites have solid international/global use (which is kind of the point). A better question would be to ask what's best for your particular niche rather than region.
 
I thing Facebook, Twitter, pinterest are the top social media platforms used in uk.

It depends on niche or category. If your niche is Food or Fashion or wedding or photography related than Pinterest is number one choice.
If the niche is related to B2B or service LinkedIn is the best choice for traffic.
If the niche is other than Facebook, Twitter, Reddit as well as other popular channels. But it mostly depends on the type of niche.
 
Its depend on the niche too, but Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Reddit too working well.
 
I think depending on your niche, and what your social site is featuring, Facebook page does have some weight for local SEO to a certain extent.
Other than that, Google Business Page with the address verified also have a lot of weight for a certain keyword, when a local IP address is used to perform a search on a specific keyword on their search engine in the UK.
Youtube also has some effect to a certain extent.
You will have to experiment a little, as these sites would perform well for a certain niche, and not so to others.
 
It doesn't really matter what your target country is, you can use any global social media platform.
 
It depends on two things:
1. Who your target audience are.
2. Where your target audience hang out.

Ex. For a younger demo, platforms like TikTok, Snapchat and Insta may be better.
 
Facebook, but wait till january, right now fb its really hard, accounts are getting restricted and banned very fast and CPC its high !
