I know google is changing things lately with there latest update and rich snippets
is suppose to enable a site rank better if it's installed.

Which of these plugins is the best for seo & getting customers to a site

It's not going to make your site rank better... but it might help increase your click-thrus since getting your site to show with stars in the SERPs is eye-catching to surfers. I've only used WP Review Stars. Works fine. You can also implement the code yourself... just look it up in Google Rich Snippets help.
