Which Real Estate Wordpress Plugin should I choose?

Hey everyone,

I got a quick question.

So I need to build a website with dive (Wordpress) for a real estate agency and they have a bunch of projects they want to list on that website. Now my problem is, there are a ton of RE Plugins, but it seems they are all really outdated. I would like to edit it as much as I can with divi or simple Wordpress editor so I can design it just like the rest of the website.

I don't need agent portfolios and so on, but I would only need a way to display a nice list of projects as well as one page dedicated to one building.

Another problem I have is, one project might look like this:

House 1:
- Apartment 1
- Apartment 2
- Apartment 3

House 2:
- Apartment 1
- Apartment 2
- Aparment 3

However another project could also look like this:

- Villa 1
- Villa 2
- Villa 3


A good thing is, they only want to sell (which makes it a bit easier) but I do not know how to display either just a simple villa or an apartment within one of multiple houses.

Would love to get some feedback.
