Which platform, or software, or tool should I use to do cold email marketing

Yes my point is promote affiliate offers.
I just want to avoid spend hundreads of dollars in subscriptions in platforms that aren't good for promoting links or even worse platforms that ban me after I pay to use it..

If so, I don't recommend companies like sendgrid, SES, mailchimp etc. They generally have strict rules about spam complaints and the offers you try to send.

You can search for SMTP sellers that don't care some of spam rules (I saw one seller here but don't remember who is.) or search how to create your own SMTP.

Here's all the info I can give you.

Just want to send to millions of people with lowers chance of end up in spam. nothing else.
For first message only text without links obviously.

are there any recommended strategies for mass marketing via your own tools?

two issues here seem to be that your ip can get blocked, and so can your domain.

in the past i've setup an email server with postman + mautic, and blasted away. Then i discovered how quickly the ip gets blocked.

so, naturally, i went on with ip warming.

first, i found a site that warms them up for you for like a week for free - but it limits ip's. also they got blocked fairly quickly.

then, i paid some guy on fiverr - but the ip's would get blocked also.

the only solution i see here, is that i need to scale my approach and somehow spin up a dozen or so ip addresses. blast a few thousand at a time for each, then tear down and rinse and repeat.

but does that mean i have to keep buying domains also?

i'm not an expert programmer, but i can get around linux, i can setup webservers, use ansible, etc. i mean, any advice would be really great.

my goal is to simply have a landing page setup, and push people to go there.

lastly, wondering if it's worth getting jr. VIP so that i can see the hidden email marketing section?

I have 30 gmails accounts. can I use them all individually to send email marketing campaigns?

In case you want to lose money and time. Then yes. Create your 'own' SMTP.
 
You have a series of options. Some cheaper than others. Depends what's the quality and bounce rate of your list. Is your list low quality, high bounce rate, or high quality low bounce rate. Let me know which of the two categories
 
You can do this with just a few gmails accounts and a lot of time. Write a simple python script to send emails from Gmail, then send 5-10 emails per day using the script, a few hours apart, and eventually work your way up to 50 emails per day. You'll get through the list of 20,000 in about 10 months. If you don't want to end up in spam, this is probably the best way. If you have access to multiple gmails on different IPs, you can significantly speed up the time it takes you to get through the list.
