The one who has the same niche as your website will be the best in that case

I would also suggest you go with niche relevant guest blog even though it has a lower DA. Make sure you are publishing quality content.

if your guest post have minimum traffic with low DA yes you can go with them

Web 2.0 takes more time to index and You need to create more Tier2 links to index them.
