I am looking for best hosting site so vote for the one you recommend -

If others then which one?

Depends on how much you are planning to spend per month. If you have $5 per month, use Digitalocean. Pretty much what you would need for all your sites. Extremely fast too.

I would not touch any of those three.

Digitial Ocean as @Repulsor mentioned; Inmotion and Powerup are decent as well.

Hostgator and AsmallOrange are EIG guys and Godaddy is, well Godaddy.

Godaddy ? They are one of the top d*ck host. Try powereuphosting they are good and namecheap is also good. I am using both.

Voted for other, because those EIG brands are very poor quality hosts.

In fact there is no best host at all, lots of hosts are providing quality service, but not these 3 you've mentioned

Well two of those are EIG owned host. So depending on how you feel about them. Then you have godaddy which is in a group all by themselves. Better off searching the market place here to find a better host.

ASO sucks big time on support better go with Digital Ocean its best

Well, I'd recommend to keep small websites on small hosts because they are almost always are more targeted on client care.

IMHO, hostwinds team will find the best ssd hosting fit for your requirements if you contact them directly and tell your needs.
Use the coupon code: 50OFF16 for 50% off their first month. My clients are happy using them.

+1 for Namecheap. Their support is Rackspace standard without the Rackspace price.

None of them. Currently I'm with Powerup and it works great.

Allows you to do this kind of activity which is forbidden on the other normal hosts. I personally use offshore when I deal with copyrighted material and so on.

I'd go with some cheap offshore hosting.

It all depends on what your needs are. For entry level service I like ipage. 24x7 support and many times they are running $1.99/month for 3 years pricing guaranteed. Unlimited email, unlimited disk space and bandwidth.

I'd offer you to check out deals from hostsailor.com and hostafrica.co.za, they are able to satisfy the needs of many webmasters with a tight budget.
