Which name I should choose from these 2 ?

Hi I am making a real estate social website and I am trying to figure out the name for my website. I have narrowed down my choices to 2 domain names. Please tell me which one I should choose and why thanks.

Domains

1) chathome.com
2) homes.ly

I've never run across a .ly domain name. Is it more expensive then a dot com?
 
Use the chathome one. Although I don't like the name "ChatHome" it's better than the ly.
 
Only ever use .com, .net or .org for your main websites.
 
I just registered BOTH, so let me know which one you would like to buy from me.
 
If it's out of those two, I'd choose the .com like everyone else has said though in all honestly I think you can come up with better
