Which is the best PPD Network for Newbies and Low Traffic?

I'm making this poll so that me and people like me here can know which is the best network for the newbies. I expect vote from the highly experienced Internet Marketer and PPD Marketers.

Please vote which is the best network in terms of Low Traffic and High Payout?

I would suggest Cleanfiles

Here's my short review of those networks and I will put them in order of what I think is best not just for newbies but for anyone in general.

Cleanfiles: You can optimize offers and you get quick payouts. Good community.
Fileice: Overall a solid network. Have been around for awhile and have a good reputation. Good community.

Chose one you feel is best for you. I didn't put Sharecash on the list because I don't recommend them at all to anyone.

One small tip: Focus on getting traffic. Low traffic = little to no leads.

From those in the poll, I would choose Cleanfiles. Otherwise I would choose Adnooka, mostly because you can customize the content lockers way easier / better than Cleanfiles.
