i don't know any software. because what all softwares do is hurt website in the long run there are only two type of backlinks that really give you a long term benefit 1. manual created backlinks generated in viral content 2. natural backlinks which people share because of the information you provide

What if I told you that doing things correctly makes link building indistinguishable from "natural" backlinks?

What if I told you "natural" backlinks can also penalize your site?

Also - what's best.

A cheese sandwich or a hammer drill?

Not telling what I'm trying to do - just want to know what's best.

(Sorry - sarcastic this morning)

Scritty

Then I would say that you probably know what your doing.

A Hammer drill. Because if it turns you don't need the hammer drill you can sell it and buy a grilled cheese and have money left over. But if you take the grilled cheese and you want a hammer drill later your out of luck. Unless you find Elvis' face in a grilled cheese, then you could probably sell it on ebay and retire.

To the op, both these posters bring up a great point. If you aren't specific in both what your trying to do and your goals, you will not succeed to a large degree if at all.

Further more both programs build links. Scrapebox can build links on 30+ platforms while GSA can build on even more platforms. Scrapebox is the swiss army knife of SEO and you can use it for so many things. GSA can build more diverse links then scrapebox. I would personally get both and call it a day. Start with scrapebox, if you don't have enough cash, because you can build a good assortment of links and use it for many other things. Then when you get the cash add in GSA.

But before you do any of that, figure out what it is your trying to do. If you aim at nothing, you will hit it every time.

Yeah I am sure they can. After last few updates Google has become very intelligent in understanding which links are natural and which are artificial. Any type of backlinks can penalize your site but using softwares to autogenerate backlinks for yoursite is more likely to get in line penalizing your website.

Of course for scraping, scrapebox is the best, hands down, if you have automator, create a automator project, leave it there, come back to the vps after 1-2 weeks and it's still freaking scraping. I have GScraper too, but it kills proxies like crazy, even the semi-private ones got banned easily, love the speed, but no thanks.

If you use GSA SER built-in scraper, you're wasting time because you can use it to build backlinks, and if it needs to scrape for links, you're wasting threads on scraping. So best setup IMO is scraping with scrapebox, feed the list to GSA SER and profit!

of course GSA search engine ranker is the best.

You didn't even read the title correctly, did you?
