hello friends,
please suggest me which is the best SEO tool in 2018. To increase my Alexa rank and I got some organic traffic.

I think Ahrefs and seobility are great cuase they free and nice

SEO tools don't increase nor your Alexa rank, nor your organic traffic. You need good on-page seo, and even better off-page seo for your website.

I don't think ahrefs is free. My personal favorite is Semrush (Ahrefs is also good but never tried).

Semrush is also not free, it's the same price as ahrefs.

Yeah I didn't mean it's free. Someone said above that Ahrefs is free so corrected that and added about Semrush. Hope that clears.

Seo tools don't improve your ranking. Tools are only for researching

For a good start try Semrush, Moz, Buzzsumo, kwfinder . Try before you subscribe.

Alexa rank? You better have to improve your GOOGLE RANK, Alexa is useless in 2018 ;-)
Ahrefs and backlinks are all you need

To increase alexa rank you should research about traffic bots or traffic services.
There is no connection with alexa rank and seo tools. (technically there is if you are looking to improve them naturally) But genarally for alexa you need traffic bot. I see few on BST forum in bhw as well.

AS a seo tool i would suggest gsa search engine ranker.
