i have registered 52 social bookmarking sites with variable username and password...

Which type is best to get good backlinks?

1. whenever i create a page in my blog, can i post that blog page in all of that 52 social sites in a single day?

or

2. is it better for every 10 sites for single day to taking time for 5 days to post that particular page...

which is best....

i expect experts will to clarify my doubt.
