Which IG bot can do this?

I used to use massplanner almlst year ago and same goes for followliker. But I am pretty much opened to any bot atm.
I need to be able to follow via geo location, if it could also fitler people who interacted with certain accounts + geo location. Also if it could only follow male/female accounts, that would be even better.

Which bot should I use for this?
Other than that I don't really care, I won't be using these acc as main accounts or for cpa...

this is quite impossible to achieve unless someone had access to the IG database :) other than that you can guess if a name is male of female and that has a 50% possibility I'd say :)

as for a bot, try Jarvee, it has the features you're looking for ;)
 
All the features you're looking for are pretty feasible except identifying the gender of the person. There are a lot of factors which would be involved which would slow down the bot a lot and the success ratio still wouldn't be very pleasing.

For everything else, a custom bot would probably be the best choice if you could hire someone to build it for you as that would be built on the latest releases and can be updated as per your needs. If not, you can check out the BHW marketplace, there are quite some bots out there which should fit all your requirements.
 
Why did you stop using massplanner? I think he has those options.
Not really sure about gender though.

it's not free (it's free trial, which is different) and the page doesn't work properly, I can't see the prices page
fix your site and then try to promote it

It is free, we have no trial. Just removed the Prices tab on menu.
