Do not think of using Vultr. They will ban you without notice at any little problem. And worst of it all, what ever money you have in your account will be seized and there is nothing you can do about if you're not suing.

Rather use Upcloud. Their VPS is faster than that of Vultr. Even the $5 plan. This is if you care about speed which is now a ranking factor. You can compare their VPS performances on VPSbenchmarks site.

Stay away from Vultr.

100k visitors/month in average means about 3k visitor per day/120visitor/hr/2visitors/min. If the frequency of visiting is about that average and, nothing special about your website (very large database, xml connection, heavy calculation, etc...) and visitors just read some pages then most of host should be ok.

When I took A2 hosting first time I was a little scared. Because side speed sometimes depends on the hosting servers and also the ranking factors. but after a few days, I discovered they are really cool. I never server their server down in past o1 years. even most of the famous hosting Providers are seen down their servers once a month at least.
