I hope your hosting allows plugins. If yes, then
WP Twin might do the trick complete with theme and plugin settings.

    For hosting try out ultrawebsitehosting.com.
You can find various coupons and promotions, so do not sign up at full price straight away. They have a good price/services ratio.

I have started using services like KnownHost and Downtown host for shared providers. They do not offer unlimited everything, but price is very comparable. Also my sites are faster and never have any down time issues.

I've been using Media Temple and it's absolutely brilliant. I'm always assured that my site is up and that my load time is fast. The user interface makes using it a walk in a park and the level of the support they give I personally wouldn't expect to receive as the Queen of England. Their clients consist of Diesel, Sony, Toyota, Adobe, Starbucks Coffee, Warner Brothers, NBC Universal, Rip Curl, jQuery, VW, TimeInc, ABC, L'Oréal, EVB and Qantas.

Media Temple have a 'family' of hosting packages from $20 to $2500 that are bound to meet the needs of all BHW members: from individuals looking to get started, to the high-flyers that need the most powerful servers to allow for their enormous amounts of traffic. A very respectable company to work with all around. And that's what you do with Media Temple, you work with them. They have very well experienced employees that work with you to provide an enjoyable hosting experience.

I use JustHost and have not had any problems with them. They are very helpful (tech support responds very quickly) and are very affordable.

I guess they are pretty lenient TOS-wise, as I've accidentally sent 90,000 e-mails very quickly using PHP mail(), though their TOS says no more than 500 e-mails should be sent in an hour.

I also run several autoblogs on many domains/subdomains, running crons every hour and have never had issues.

Also Check their monthly cupon(30-60% off). Grate to know exactly how much bandwidth you have.
Also there are the sites recommended above. Remember to check their PR and age. ;)

    Cheers

Another vote here for knownhost. Their managed VPS's are pretty reliable. Their support is top notch. Never have to wait more than a couple minutes to get help after you submit a ticket. Media Temple, MDDHosting and VPS.net are a few other good ones too.

I'm using dreamhost. I like it because it's very user-friendly and I've never had a problem at all.

90% of the hosting companies are just skins of each other.

You might think there are dozens. But there are actually maybe 6 with tens of skins and dozens of white labels/resellers.

    It's a mass market.

In terms of quality (reliability, support, etc), here are some suggestions. These are not the cheapest (although they may not be far off), but you'll make up for it with their quality.

    Linux Shared

    DowntownHost

    Linux Reseller
    DowntownHost
    Innohosting

    Linux VPS
    DowntownHost
    FDCServers
    Future Hosting
    KnownHost

I agree, you get what you pay for. I am totally off this unlimited hosting crap. HostGator is the only one that seems to pull it off decently, but even they are starting to get slack and their servers have been lagging a lot lately (at least to me).
