Tbh I don't know if Facebook Ads are best solution for that. Ads got more expensive over the years. Have you tried native ad platforms ?

What you mean by pixel learn?

Isn’t just 1 way to install pixel, set the code of pixel to the head of your landing page and setup events in some buttons , ex: sign up button?!
