Which Ad server is the best?

Hi all, which AD server do you think is the best in 2019? Some people are recommending https://setupad.com, valueimpression.com, and similar ad servers.

Anyone have experience with some of them?
 
Advertise on BHW
If you're a publisher, the list starts and ends with DFP / GAM. It's free, and 95% of the market uses it.
 
GAM but it is too technical. Just managed to handle it after months of learning.

It's something that most first-year operations people learn how to use. There might be a learning curve, but it's not that steep. Especially for vanilla / standard DFP which doesn't have all the bells and whistles that DFP Premium / GAM 360 has.

GAM is a re-branding version of DoubleClick for Publishers / DFP. It's the standard / most common publisher-side advertiser.
