I want to know which ad network other then Adsense is best for Micro Niche Sites. I think AdSense will not accept micro niche sites or will they accept? I don't know thats why asking this question, their policy is very strict.

If your website is high quality and gets the traffic it's suppose to get, you should have no issue getting accepted.
However, even though it isn't an ad network, I recommend pushing Amazon affiliate links depending on what you're targeting.

every time I submit my other tech site I receive policy violation mail after 24 hours

Check out Taboola, OutBrain, RevContent, and Content.ad. These might suit your needs.

Quickly go through the policies and find out what you need to change.
the problem is they don't mention the issue, mail they send has only mentioned that "Unfortunately, after reviewing your application, we're unable to accept you into AdSense at this time. " and when I log in to my AdSense I see that my site violates google policy.

but I already purchased a service from bhw to approve my site on Adsense. Only wanted to know about other ad networks that gives the same results as adsense for micro niche sites.

Native ads is great when you have volume. Hes struggling because its a micro niche site, which means,
  • Small amount of content targeting a single topic (hence, micro).
  • Small amount of traffic from main keywords/longtails usually amounting to few thousand searches tops.
But maybe native ads would perform great if its targeted, not mostly viral crap or get rich quick shit. :)

You didn't give more information for us to properly advise you. Sadly, in 2019 micro niche sites are not favoured as it used to be years ago. Also, a micro niche site is no good for display ads in general, unless you build a lot of them which will amount to enough traffic and thus, you get a fair amount of revenue. Best scenario is finding a Product to promote or try Buysellads and similar marketplaces to find laser targeted niche advertiser(s) which will appreciate your site more than you think :)

I would go for Taboola if you want native ads..

Also there are a lot of 3rd party ad networks which have mostly adsense in his campaigns.

You don't have to give me the niche, but I would recommend just pushing a product (Amazon Affiliate, Clickbank, etc) or as others suggested maybe try Taboola for native ads.

Small amount of traffic from main keywords
I have many keywords that have more than 150K+ monthly volume with low keyword difficulty according to ahrefs, also I am not going to create only one site, my plan is to create multiple site with good ad networks

I am new to micro-niche site, one of my friend showed me his AdSense income, he is earning 15$ to 20$ per day with only between 2500 to 3000 visitors per day. I asked him how he got approved to his site, he didn't tell me :( Earlier I didn't even know what was micro-niche site, when he told me micro-niche site i thought its same as niche site but when i saw the income on his adsense account, then i made my own research on google and seo tools and because of this i posted this thread

None of these ad networks will accept micro-niche site as they have specific requirements which no micro-niche site can provide. Content.ad could be an option!

Micro-niche sites were popular around 2010, but since then many things changed including how ad networks work and pay. These days micro-niche sites are mostly useless and unprofitable.

Most ad networks won't work with microsites and most ad networks require traffic in certain volumes to accept you.
